reDiagnosis International was founded in 2018 to help in bridging the dangerous and widening gap in the Nigerian healthcare delivery system. Through various intervention programs, we reduce the disparity that exists in the availability, accessibility, and affordability of quality healthcare services in the urban and rural areas on one hand and between the elites and bourgeoisie, the poor and most vulnerable in the society and on the other hand.
Our goal is to improve the health and well-being of at least 10,000,000 (Ten million) poor and vulnerable Nigerians by December 2030 with particular emphasis on rural, remote and undeserved communities.
At PDI only when health services has reached the hard to reach areas, when location, economic and social status does not dictate access to quality health services, when the have and have not’s have equal access to basic healthcare services and only when all people and communities can use the promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health services they need of sufficient quantity without exposing them to financial hardship as declared by WHO on UHC, Only then will our work be done!
To build a health management ARK large, strong, and reliable enough to Reach, Rescue and help Fortify the personal health of 10million vulnerable Nigerians and Africans, across the continent between now and 2050!.
Deliver quality healthcare services at the remotest, undeserved villages across the length and breadth of Nigeria by leveraging technology to maximize the scarce human resource for health (HRH) through effective and efficient use of resources..
A Message from Our Founder
elcome to PreDiagnosis International – PDI. My name is Elliott Omose, a London based Nigerian philanthropist, serial entrepreneur, gospel financier, and chairman/CEO Elkris group.
PreDiagnosis was borne out of the passion and concern for the increasing burden of avoidable deaths among the poor and the most vulnerable in Nigeria.
Mortality and morbidity data from limited surveys of Nigeria indicate greater unmet health needs that are worse in rural and remote regions where 52% of the population live than in urban areas.
Many of these rural places: lack good roads; lack adequate pipe-borne water supply; lack adequate supply of healthcare personnel; and lack good electricity supply. The uneven distribution of a competent health workforce deprives many groups of access to life-saving services. In addition to these are high illiteracy level, ignorance, and poverty which made many people resort to patronizing traditional caregivers in meeting their health needs, and as a result, had suffered negative consequences from poor management by quacks.
Our survey further revealed that by simply helping to stem Nigeria’s widespread unchecked common diseases alone, we might have contributed towards nothing less than 10,000,000 lives still walking the streets of Nigeria in the next decades, who otherwise would have gone to an early grave either directly from these common but potentially deadly illnesses, such as malaria, diarrhea, hypertension, and diabetes or indirectly from its complications.
We have created different layers of health services where pooled funds are deployed to deliver medical services to the most vulnerable in society, most effectively and efficiently to achieve the best health outcomes, such that location, financial means, will not be a barrier to accessing quality healthcare services.
For all of us at PreDiagnosis Int’l, we think there’s no greater worthy course! With the sum of N10billion, we believe we are able to reach, rescue and help fortify ten (10) million Nigerians in these communities through the provision of sustainable, affordable healthcare services all year-round. Please join us in our race against time to reach ten (10) million Nigerians in the next 10 years.
